Emily K. Catania is a partner in the Birmingham, Michigan office of Morganroth & Morganroth. Ms. Catania’s practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation, domestic/family law matters, business matters, general civil litigation, white collar criminal matters and appeals in Michigan and New York. Ms. Catania is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She has been selected as a Super Lawyer since 202, was honored by the induction as an Associate Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America Trial Lawyer Honorary Society and received the coveted “Best Lawyers Ones to Watch” for 2026. Ms. Catania is a State Court Administrative Office Certified Domestic Mediator.
